At UniWyo, we'll simplify your life by bringing financial services right to your doorstep on the University of Wyoming campus. Just drop us an email and someone will show up in person to help with your deposits, withdrawals and other transactions.
1. Send an email with your request to [email protected]. Please state your exact request, your office location, and a phone number where you can be reached.
Example: Hi UniWyo, John Henry here and I have a check I need to deposit into my checking account. I also need to withdraw $40.00 from that same account. My office is Room 203 in Knight Hall and I can be reached by phone at 555-5555.
2. Your email will be sent to the UniWyo Campus Branch in McWhinnie Hall. All requests must be received by 9 a.m. to be picked up/delivered that day. All requests received after 9 a.m. will be picked up/delivered during the following morning round. All pickups and deliveries will be processed same day.
3. Please have your identification available when the UniWyo representative arrives to ensure security. The majority of transactions handled in branch can be requested through UniWyo Campus Express. If UniWyo has any questions pertaining to your request we will contact you at the number provided in your email. For withdrawals, you will receive a printed receipt from the transaction. For deposits the UniWyo representative will leave you with a handwritten receipt and the deposit will be made upon return to the campus branch.
