UniWyo strives to give our members the best possible experience. The new credit card program offers different features that are more accessible to our employees when helping our members.

Current Platinum Advantage VISA Credit Cards will continue to work until September 15th, 2024. 

Payment questions.

Please make check payments payable to UniWyo Credit Union and mail to: UniWyo Credit Union, 2020 Grand Ave. Ste. 100, Laramie, WY 82070.

Any checks mailed to the previous address are forwarded to UniWyo for processing. All payments will be effective the original date received. 

No, starting from the effective date, you will be charged interest on balance transfers from the transaction date or the first day of the billing cycle in which the transaction is posted, whichever is later.

Starting after the effective date, the new payment due date will be on the 28th day of each month.

ScoreCard Rewards information.

The ScoreCard Rewards bonus point program is ending on September 13, 2024. 

You have until 11/13/24 to redeem your points for valuable merchandise and travel rewards. Visit www.ScoreCardRewards.com or call 800-854-0790.

New credit card information.

a. Your due date is at least 25 days after the close of each billing cycle.

b. No interest will be charged on purchases if the entire balance is paid by the due date of each month.

c. Interest on balance transfers and cash advances will begin on the transaction date.

The new terms will take effect as follows:

i.    Statement closing on August 10, 2024: Effective August 11, 2024
ii.    Statement closing on August 11, 2024: Effective August 12, 2024
iii.    Statement closing on August 28, 2024: Effective August 29, 2024
 

a. Balance Transfer Fee: 2% of the total balance transfer amount.

b. Returned Payment Fee: $28.00 or the amount of the required minimum payment, whichever is less.

c. Document Copy Fee: $5.00 per statement document requested.

The APR is variable and may increase based on the Prime Rate as listed in the Wall Street Journal. Changes will occur on the first day of each calendar quarter (January, April, July, and October). 

The new billing cycle closing date will be the last day of the month prior to the billing cycle's payment due date.

Yes, you have the right to reject the changes to paying interest and fees before the effective date by calling toll-free at (866)-486-4996. If you reject the changes, your ability to use the account for further advances will be terminated.

Yes, your credit card number will be changing to a new number.

Yes, any recurring charges will need to be updated to the new card number. 

All refunds will be transferred to the new card. 

No, your credit card limit will not change. 

No, the new credit cards will be available on the UniWyo online banking portal.

Yes, authorized signers/users will receive a new card.

Yes, EZCard is going away so you should setup your payment as an automatic transfer via online banking or through SwivelPay.

Transaction history from the last statement cycle forward will be visible in online banking. UniWyo can provide pre-conversion statements free of charge upon request if needed.

You will be able to activate your new credit card on Monday, September 16th.

Follow the instructions on the sticker that can be found on the front of the new card, call 1-800-290-7893 or you can visit us at a UniWyo branch.

Yes, you will be able to add your credit card to your digital wallet so you can use it whenever you need.
