On or after September 16th, you can activate your card by calling 1-800-290-7893 or (307) 721-5600, or by visiting us at a UniWyo branch near you. 

No. You received a new credit card in August, and your old card is not longer available to use after September 15th, 2024.  

You should have received your new credit card in August. If you are in need of a card, please give us a call at (307) 721-5600, send us a message in Online Banking, or visit a branch near you. 

ScoreCard Rewards important dates.

No. The last day to earn points was Friday, September 13th. You can redeem points through November 13th by visiting scorecardrewards.com or calling 1-800-854-0790. 

Call 1-800-854-0790 or visit scorecardrewards.com to view and redeem your points for merchandise and travel rewards. The last day to redeem rewards is November 13th. To set up a ScoreCard Rewards account you must have your old credit card number. If you no longer have that, please reach out to UniWyo at (307) 721-5600 or visit a branch near you.

Making a payment.

Your due date is on the 28th of every month. 

Please make check payments payable to UniWyo Credit Union and mail to: UniWyo Credit Union, 2020 Grand Ave. Ste. 100, Laramie, WY 82070.

Maybe. Depending on the way the payment was set up, it could continue. It's best to check to make sure payments are not missed. 

Any checks mailed to the previous address are forwarded to UniWyo for processing. All payments will be effective the original date received. 

Terms and access.

The change in terms were mailed to you at the end of June. View a copy of those here.

The APR is variable and may increase based on the Prime Rate as listed in the Wall Street Journal. Changes will occur on the first day of each calendar quarter (January, April, July, and October).

Yes. Any recurring charges will need to be updated to the new card number after September 16th. 

All refunds will be transferred to the new card. 

No. The new credit cards will be available on the UniWyo online banking portal.

Transaction history from the last statement cycle forward will be visible in online banking. UniWyo can provide pre-conversion statements free of charge upon request if needed.

Yes. You can add your credit card to the digital wallet of your choice.
