Log in to your online banking or the mobile app and turn off your debit card. Call us or stop by a branch to have the card replaced and dispute the charges. If you don't have online banking, contact us as soon as possible.
If UniWyo suspects there were fraudulent transactions, you will receive an automated text asking you to confirm if the charges were valid or not. There will NOT be a link in the text alert. Your card will be temporarily turned off until you send a confirmation text. If you confirm that it was fraud, your card will be blocked, and you will need to contact us to get it replaced.
Call us or stop in-brach to confirm its validity.
If UniWyo suspects there were fraudulent transactions, you will receive a phone call from a virtual assistant asking you to confirm if the charges were vaild or not. Your card will be temporarily turned off until you confirm the charges. If you confirm that the transactions are fraud, your card will be blocked. Contact us to get it replaced.
Hang up and call us directly. If it was actually UniWyo contacting you, we won't take it personally.

Yes! If fraud was suspected on your debit card, and you confirm that there was no fraudulent activity, you can continue using your card.
