OFFICIAL RULES
ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Open only to legal residents of the United States. Individuals under eighteen (18) years of age (“Minor”) may participate only with the permission of their parent or legal guardian. Any online entry on behalf of a Minor must be submitted by the Minor’s parent or legal guardian, who must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any Employees, officers, volunteers, and directors of UniWyo Credit Union (the “Sponsor”), and members of the immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and persons living in the same household (whether or not related) of such employees, officers, volunteers, and directors are not eligible.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The sweepstakes period begins on September 15th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm MT on October 31st, 2026.
Entry Transaction: Entry Transactions include opening a new youth account, a youth share certificate account, or youth checking account.
TO ENTER:
1. Complete an Entry Transaction. Complete an Entry Transaction with the Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period to be automatically entered into the sweepstakes. All Entry Transactions for Minors require parent or guardian signature authorization and are subject to normal account opening requirements of the Sponsor.
2. Submit a free online entry. To submit a free application visit https://www.uniwyo.com/bank/savings/nintendo-switch-2-giveaway, access the sweepstakes entry form, complete the entry form and submit as directed. Any online entry on behalf of a Minor must be submitted by the Minor’s parent or legal guardian, who must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. The parent or legal guardian must provide the information requested on the entry form and consent to the Minor’s participation in the sweepstakes. Sponsor will not accept online entries submitted by Minors or containing personal information for a Minor. Entries must be received by Sponsor’s server by 11:59 pm MT on October 31st, 2026. Sponsor’s server is the official clock for this sweepstakes.
3. There is a limit of one entry per person, regardless of method used to enter.
DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or a designated agent of Sponsor on November 2, 2026.
PRIZE: The sweepstakes prize will be a Nintendo Switch 2 with an approximate retail value of $499.99. There will only be one winner. If selected potential winner does not meet above listed Eligibility requirements, then prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn in a separate random drawing. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. Nintendo Switch 2 are trademarks of Nintendo. Nintendo is not affiliated with this sweepstakes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winner will be notified via phone. If the potential winner is a Minor, Sponsor will notify the parent or legal guardian identified on the winning entry. Sponsor may require reasonable proof of the potential winner’s identity and, if the potential winner is a Minor, reasonable proof of the Minor’s parent or guardian’s identity. The potential winner must execute any documentation required by Sponsor within three (3) business days of notification. If the Potential winner is a Minor, the Minor’s parent or legal guardian must execute any documentation required by Sponsor including a parental consent, within three (3) business days of notification. If the potential winner is not available, a voicemail will be left. Additional attempts to contact potential winner are at Sponsor’s discretion. A potential winner will be required to initiate contact with Sponsor (if initial call is missed), provide proof of their identity in the form of a government issued ID, and sign any required documents within 3 business days of the original notification to them or they will forfeit their prize, and an alternate winner will be drawn in a separate random drawing.
TAXES: Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner and/or the winner's parent or legal guardian, as applicable. Sponsor may require such tax documentation as is required by applicable law.
Use of Image and Likeness: Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may request permission from the winner's parent or legal guardian to use the winner's first name, hometown, photograph, likeness, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes. Any such use involving a minor will be subject to the written authorization of the minor's parent or legal guardian.
CONDITIONS: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and prize winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Sweepstakes any entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of entrants. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants, and prize winners release the Sponsor from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Additionally, Sponsor is not responsible and shall not be liable for: a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software or program, network, or Internet or computer malfunction, or any communications accessibility, availability or lines, or technical errors of any kind or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such or similar information; b) failed, incomplete, garbled, corrupted or delayed computer transmissions; c) lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, illegible entries or postage-due mail, entries or email; or d) any condition caused by events that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof should computer hardware or software malfunctions (such as but not limited to virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures) or any other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes, and select the winners from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web Site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or technical error or unauthorized access to the Web Site. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or Web Site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the Web Site, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials or programs or software to any computer, or downloading materials from or use of the Web Site. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party, or like entry methods, will disqualify all entries using such methods. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Entry information and entries become property of Sponsor. In case of dispute, the authorized subscriber of email account used to enter the sweepstakes, at actual time of entry, will be deemed to be participant and must comply with these Official Rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses. No prize transfer or cash redemption or substitution, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value should prize become unavailable.
PRIVACY: : The online entry form is intended to be completed only by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of an Eligible Youth. Eligible Youth should not submit personal information directly through the Sweepstakes entry form. Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy located at https://www.uniwyo.com/Privacy.
ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, or the determination of the winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, and (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and/or Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard for conflicts of law doctrine, and all proceedings shall take place in the State of Wyoming.
