In accordance with Reg D, there will be no more than six unsigned transfers (electronic or automatic) withdrawn from the account each month.

If there is no activity in the account for one year, it will then be considered dormant, and a $30 monthly fee is charged until it becomes active again. The member will receive one notice of dormancy and then at the end of the following month, if no action has been taken, the fees will begin to accrue.
