The borrower understands that normal payments will resume the month after the skipped payment. Mortgages, lines of credit, credit cards, and some other loan types are not eligible. At least one (1) loan payment needs to have been made in order to be eligible. Each loan is only eligible to skip one (1) month during the skip season. All other provisions of the original loan advance, except those changed by this agreement, are to remain in full force and effect. I understand that skipping a payment will add approximately one month to the length of my loan contract and result in a higher finance charge. All loans must be current prior to skipping a payment. I also understand that there is a $35 fee for each loan that I skip. Fee(s) must be received before payment date(s) will be changed. The $35 fee will not be pulled from external accounts, so please enclose payment. Skipped payments during the life of your loan may reduce or eliminate GAP insurance payout amounts. UniWyo reserves the right to refuse any skip payment requests. The form must be received at least three (3) business days prior to the loan payment due date to be processed on time. No reverse payments will be authorized.
